In a ten-working-day test, the firm defines one workflow, approves its current median staff time and review standard, and sets the information boundary before anything is built.
The threshold is at least 20 percent less median total staff time while the firm's review standard is met. Total time includes review and correction.
If the threshold is missed, the work stops and no build proposal is issued. If it is met, Stack Sentinel may provide a fixed-price build proposal. The firm keeps the approved baseline, all test results including failures, the findings, and the action plan either way.
